Reload immediately begins with the assassination of the President of the United States and becomes more intense as the search for the assassin begins.  
The killer is very well trained, and it appears that someone in the government may be helping her. Even while relentlessy pursued, the body count rises as the assassin continues to attack government agencies.  One of her pursuers - a secret service agent named Royal -  becomes torn between stopping the assassin who killed his president, or stopping the government he's trying to save.
